Our Partners' Council
Our Partners' Council contributes senior level fortification for every transaction, backed with experience accumulated through execution of over $8 billion in corporate, project and structured finance transaction mandates completed successfully on three continents. Currently members of our Partners' Council serve as directors or advisory board members of twenty six companies (enterprise values of $10 to $385 million) in the U.S., EU, CEE and SE Asia.
Our Board of Corresponding Advisers
Our Board of Corresponding Advisers,historically consisting of individuals of life-long industry and banking experience, is consulted by our Partners and Directors to obtain advice on key aspects of our Firm's activities, development and key client issues. Furthermore, Corresponding Advisers, when necessary, fortify our Merchant Banking team's capabilities during advisory mandates or specific transactions. Currently members of our Board of Corresponding Advisers serve as directors or advisory board members of over sixty five companies and foundations (enterprise values of $10 million - $6 billion) on three continents.
